It knows no limitations of time or space. Energy that flows with intent can connect with anyone, anywhere. During your distance Reiki session, the practitioner connects to your energy, sending intent for your highest good and channeling healing energy to your field. The experience of a distance Reiki session is much the same as an in-person session for both the practitioner and the recipient.

During your distance Reiki session you will find a comfortable place with minimal distractions. Allow your body and mind to relax, release any thoughts/energies that are no longer serving your highest good, and be open to moving stagnant energy from your field.
Reiki energy will be guided through the energy systems (Chakras) to encourage relaxation, balance and self-healing within your body. This session allows time to also unwind, transmute, and release additional energies as needed that may inhibit you from living your best life.
